Mr. Richard DeMio, Administrator
Water’s Edge Rehabilitation Center
Middletown, Connecticut

Dear Richard:

What a beautiful rehab center you have and what an amazing staff!  I wanted to wait a few days before sending you this thank you letter so I could get some feedback from our members.  Now that I have it, I can share it with you:

“What a wonderful evening,  A beautiful facility, excellent food and wine and, did I forget the Speakers?  I was too busy enjoying myself”

From another:   From the second I stepped through the door, everyone was so wonderful … they made me feel at home.”

Yet another:  “If they always cook like that … can I move in there?”

And from myself and our Board of Directors ….

Once again, National has provided us with a wonderful opportunity to enjoy your venue, your hospitality and the amazing cuisine prepared by your very talented staff.  You made every single one of us feel like an old friend and I’m pleased to tell you that Water’s Edge brought us our largest meeting yet !!

Thank you so much,

Bobbi Rosenkranz, CCM, CRRN
