Bristol, CT. February 10, 2016 – The Pines at Bristol Center for Nursing and Rehabilitations, located at 61 Bellevue Avenue, Bristol, is proud to announce that they are the recipient of Pinnacle Quality Insight’s 2016 Customer Experience Award. Qualifying for the award in the categories of Nursing Care, Professional Therapy Services, Individual Needs, Activities, and Safety and Security. The Pines at Bristol Center for Health and Rehabilitation displays a continued dedication to providing “Best in Class” senior healthcare services.

Throughout its nearly 40 year history of serving the community, The Pines at Bristol Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation has placed a strong emphasis on ensuring that the individual needs of every patient are met. Over the course of 2015, a sampling of The Pines at Bristol patients and residents, as well as their families have participated in monthly telephone interviews conducted by the independent group Pinnacle Quality Insight, that include open-ended questions, as well the opportunity to rate The Pines at Bristol in specific categories.
Every month, The Pines at Bristol Center for Health and Rehabilitation has gathered its real-time survey results in order to gain a better understanding of the patient’s needs and make improvements when necessary.
By qualifying for the PinnacleCustomer Experience Award, The Pines at Bristol has satisfied the rigorous demand of scoring in the top 15% of the nation across a 12-month average. Clients have the opportunity to achieve this Best in Class distinction on a monthly basis in many categories designed to accurately reflect each patient’s experience.
