TROY, NY – November 20, 2017 – Azra Stracuzzi, administrator of The Pines at Heartwood Assisted Living Program, a 86-unit assisted living program on 15th Street in Troy, recently announced the results of their annual Department of Health survey, noting that they are operating free of any violations. “This is a significant accomplishment for our team and we are all very proud,” noted Stracuzzi, the administrator.
“We have a great staff here, we do a tremendous amount of care training to keep our staff skills up to date, spend a good deal of time on customer service and work to make this center a great environment for our residents and their families, as well as our employees; it’s great for our staff to be recognized in such a way,” stated Stracuzzi. The Pines at Heartwood, located at 2405th Street, has been a healthcare resource and staple in the greater Troy community for many years now.
“We are ecstatic for Azra and her staff, they work hard, do an exceptional job with customer service and now have been recognized for that standard they have set – they are a great example for other centers to follow,” stated Marvin Ostreicher, president and CEO of National Health Care Associates, the manager of The Pines at Heartwood in a recent letter to families announcing the news.
