Our Patients are Our Priority

UPDATED: March 27, 2020

As we all navigate the unknown path of COVID-19, be assured, our Centers are exercising an abundance of caution and taking every measure possible to protect our patients. Our patients are always our highest priority.

We continue to implement a number of steps recommended by state and local authorities and The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). As we monitor the scale of this virus, updating our plans as necessary, know that we are guided by our mission to ensure the health and wellbeing of those in our care.

Our Patients’ Safety

Our teams of health care professionals are actively following the guidelines of the CDC on prevention measures, including following strict handwashing procedures, and when needed, wearing personal protective equipment when interacting with residents who are sick.

Virtual Visits

Until further notice, visits to our Centers are restricted as part of a nationwide effort to stem the exposure of COVID-19. This measure applies to all visitors, except in situations such as end-of-life care.

While the comfort you bring cannot be shown in person, our Centers are equipped to allow you and your loved one to enjoy virtual visits. Virtual visits can be arranged by contacting our Centers directly.

Our Health Care Heroes

Thank You to Our Health Care Heroes Our residents are at the heart of everything we do.

As the COVID-19 outbreak has evolved, our team of health care professionals – our heroes – have risen to the call to care. They have brought calm, comfort, and clinical excellence to our residents.

These heroes have been steadfast in implementing precautionary measures to protect our residents. They have also brought joy to this time of uncertainty by keeping families close through virtual visits, residents engaged, and hearts warmed through compassionate smiles.

COVID-19 has affected us all. But our health care heroes, whether by the bedsides of our residents, serving meals or sanitizing rooms, continue to show up every day and inspire us.

Thank you to all of our heroes whose presence lifts us all.
