Here is how it works:
1 point = $.10
150 points = Tier 1 Prize minimum redemption
250 points = Tier 2 Prize minimum redemption

Points value:
New Hire/First Day - 50 points
90th day - 50 points
Work anniversary - 25 points
Birthday - 25 points
Vaccinated - 10 points
Engagement activities TBD - 5-10 points each occurrence

Accelerator Points Opportunity: Every time an employee's name is mentioned in a positive review or survey interview, they will receive 250 points!

Don’t Let Student Debt Stand in the Way of Your Dreams! National Health Care Associates' Nursing Tuition Buy Back Program assists nursing graduates with student loan repayment. How it works: Eligible Employees may receive up to $5,000 annually toward the cost of student loan repayment.

Eligibility requirements:
  • You must be an active employee, in good standing and working at least 32 hours per week (pro-rated for part-time employees)
  • You have completed six months of continuous service
  • You have completed an accredited school of nursing and have received licensure in the state of origin
  • You have proof of outstanding federal student loan debt from becoming a nurse
