Maple View Health & Rehabilitation Center Receives Five-Star Overall Rating from CMS
The five-star rating is awarded to facilities that excel in health inspections, staffing and quality measures categories. Each area is assessed and given an individual star rating. These individual ratings are then combined to produce the overall star rating. Facilities with five stars are considered to have above average quality. CMS created the Five-Star Rating System to help consumers, their families and caregivers compare skilled nursing facilities more easily and to help identify areas about which you may want to ask questions.
“Our staff is committed to provide high-quality care to our residents and their families,” said Lew Abramson, administrator of Maple View Center. “This rating is reflective of our team’s hard work and all they do to deliver on this commitment.”
“This is a great achievement for the Maple View Center team,” said Marvin Ostreicher, president of National Health Care Associates. “They’re committed to caring for our residents through kindness, compassion, service and excellence. We’re proud of this well-deserved rating.”
