National Health Care Welcome’s Michelle Costa to Chief Clinical Officer Role


National Health Care Associates, Inc. has named Michelle Costa, DNP, MS, RN, as its new Chief Clinical Officer. In this role, Costa will oversee all aspects of clinical operations and patient care provided in the organizations network of affiliate centers through six states in the northeast and New England.

Costa is a nursing executive with 20+ years of leadership and management experience improving clinical outcomes through organizational change, and elevating nursing standards across departments and divisions, while using evidence-based theory to successfully ensure achievement of clinical goals.  In addition, Ms. Costa will be focusing on quality improvement initiatives and outcomes management to align with provider relationships.  “Michelle’s impressive background in long-term care and focus on driving health outcomes for large post-acute provider organizations makes her the right person to extend our clinical vision,” said Marvin Ostreicher, President and CEO of National Health Care Associates. “Michelle’s clinical perspective will be crucial to defining new standards of care, while enhancing patient outcomes and experiences across our care continuum.”
